These terms apply to browsing the Kodama Visual website and using Export Portfolio. Kodama Visual is a post-production and digital imaging studio based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Portfolio and image rights
The portfolio presents work and creative studies by Kodama Visual. Images, designs, trademarks and other materials may belong to Kodama Visual or their respective clients and rights holders. Viewing or exporting them does not transfer ownership or grant a licence for advertising, resale, publication or other commercial use.
You may use the export feature to review our capabilities and discuss a potential collaboration. Obtain permission from the relevant rights holder before reusing, modifying, distributing or publishing portfolio materials beyond that purpose. Do not remove credits or misrepresent the work as your own.
Exporting to Google Slides
Export creates a new presentation in the Google account you select using the images in the current category. Sign in and grant the requested Google permission to proceed. Images are fitted to slides without cropping and may be resized for export; exported files are not original high-resolution production deliverables.
You are responsible for selecting the correct account and managing the presentation's sharing settings. Export does not automatically make the presentation public. Google account restrictions, storage limits and service availability may affect export. If an export is interrupted while saving, check your Drive before trying again to avoid duplicates.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass studio management access, access another person's account, disrupt the website or misuse its content. You must have permission to use any account or information you provide.
Availability and project agreements
We may update the website, portfolio and export feature. We aim to keep them working accurately, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser or third-party service. The website does not constitute a quotation or production contract. Paid work, deliverables, usage rights and deadlines are agreed separately with the studio.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how the export feature handles Google access and information. Google services are also subject to Google's terms and policies. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
