Kodama Visual is a post-production and digital imaging studio in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This policy explains how our website and Export Portfolio feature handle information.
Browsing and contacting us
You can browse the public portfolio without a Google account. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you send and use it to respond and manage your enquiry. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.
Studio management sign-in
Studio administrators can sign in with a dedicated ID and password. Passwords are checked against a salted password hash on the server. A secure, HTTP-only cookie identifies a server-side session that expires after eight hours; signing out revokes that session. We store limited sign-in attempt records to restrict repeated failed attempts. These management cookies are separate from Google authorization used for portfolio export.
Google Slides export
Export Portfolio creates a new Google Slides presentation in the Google account you choose. It uses the images in the category selected in Our World, arranged into layouts of three or four images per slide where possible. Google handles your sign-in and consent; Kodama Visual does not receive your Google password.
We request the Google Drive drive.file permission to create the presentation. The current export feature does not list or read your existing Drive files, contacts or emails. It sends the selected portfolio images and the new presentation name directly from your browser to Google, and receives the new file ID to display a link.
Storage and sharing
The Google access token is used in browser memory during export. Our application does not save it in cookies, browser storage or our server database, and does not request a refresh token. The export file is prepared in your browser. The resulting presentation is stored in your Google account under Google's storage and sharing settings; the export feature does not publish it or change its sharing permissions.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. We do not send the token or presentation ID to our studio server. Google processes the sign-in, authorization and uploaded presentation under its own privacy policy. Our use of Google API data is limited to providing the export you request.
Retention and your choices
You can delete an exported presentation in Google Drive and remove the application's access through Google Account connections. Removing access does not automatically delete presentations you already created. You can continue browsing without granting Google access.
Studio uploads and project information are stored to operate the portfolio until the studio removes them. Enquiry correspondence is retained as needed to handle the enquiry and ongoing work. For access, correction or deletion requests concerning information held by Kodama Visual, contact us below. We may need to verify the request and retain information where required to fulfil an ongoing obligation.
